Your deposit comes off the total cost of the tattoo at its completion, or the last appointment of a multi-session piece. The deposit holds your appointment spot in our calendar!
Please give your artist 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you don't give adequate notice you will be asked to put down an additional deposit to rebook. Please understand this is standard in our industry and it protects our artists time in the event of a last minute cancellation, no show etc.
If you're not feeling well- please reach out to your artist to reschedule your appointment ASAP. We kindly ask if you have any symptoms at all to stay home and rest up before coming in and getting tattooed, your overall health is most important first and foremost!

Design changes: We may ask you to put down an additional deposit if you request an entirely new drawing, or substantial changes that will take extra time to prepare (example: new concept, style, subject) A new draft will require a new deposit, and the original will be forfeited as payment for the artist's drawing time. We want you to absolutely love your tattoo, so please be as direct, honest and descriptive at your consultation and with your feedback to achieve best communication with your artist and results!
Tattoos are also not refundable. Please be absolutely sure about your decision, as it is an important one.
A deposit is like a contract between client and artist. We are here to create for you, and as a client it is important to keep communication open so we can give you the best tattoo possible. Please feel free to reach out to your artist at any time if you have any questions about your deposit. Thank you!
